WHAT:
The Select Committee will hold a hearing titled “Cultivating Diversity and Improving Retention Among Congressional Staff” with three expert witnesses who can speak to industry best practices on how to recruit and retain a diverse staff in Congress.
The experts will share best practices and discuss ways that Congress can recruit the best and brightest minds from across the country, while ensuring those currently working for the legislative branch have the resources and support necessary to build a career in public service.
