Witnesses:

Shola Richards is the CEO and Founder of Go Together Global and the best-selling author of Making Work Work and Go Together. His work on civility in the workplace has been featured on the Today Show, CBS This Morning, Forbes, Black Enterprise, and in numerous other outlets internationally. 

Liz Wiseman is a New York Times best-selling author and CEO of the Wiseman Group, who has conducted research in the fields of leadership and collective intelligence. She is the CEO of the Wiseman Group, a leadership research and development firm headquartered in Silicon Valley, California. Ms. Wiseman has been listed on the Thinkers50 ranking and in 2019 was recognized as the top leadership thinker in the world. She has worked with companies such as Apple, Disney, Google, Salesforce, and Twitter on leadership development.

Dr. Alison Craig is an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Austin in the fields of public policy and American politics. A former congressional staffer, her current book project, The Collaborative Congress, examines how rank-and-file members of Congress work together to craft substantive and successful policy proposals in the polarized Congress.
